· Personalization of information by divisions, showing specific and general news.

· Integration with key applications for the organization, such as Meta4 and Moodle, allowing the management of profiles and managers.

· Implementation of specific features such as agendas, unified calendar, and alerts.

· Advanced web analytics for more effective control of the digital environment.

The project

The objective of the project is to provide B:SM with an efficient system so that employees can access corporate and personal information as well as corporate tools in a simple and effective way, and so that they can share content, documentation, and experiences.

This involves overcoming the idea of a classic intranet and focusing on an integral system that eliminates disruptive factors in the workplace, focusing on concepts such as: Cloud, Mobility, BYOD (access from the user's device), work ecosystem (going beyond the traditional workplace), multiple points of contact, and Now economy (system based on needs defined by the user).

With these premises, a system is defined that must address three elements:

  • CMS (Content Management System) for decentralized and simple content publication and updating.
  • Digital Workplace: to provide users with a digital space where it is easy to work as a team, give feedback, and collaborate by managing unstructured information.
  • Business APPS: to provide access and allow monitoring of specific business tools that enable work development.

To define the specific requirements of the intranet, sessions were held in which users from different areas and departments expressed their needs and expectations so that the system could focus on them.
