Infinitum Digital has renewed Claudio Galeno's digital presence with a DXP platform, through a multisite integration that ensures scalability. The implementation included over 30 flexible editorial modules and templates optimized for SEO. The integration with Salesforce ensures a frictionless customer experience.
The customer
The Claudio Galeno Vocational Training Center is an educational institution dedicated to the training of healthcare professionals. It offers vocational training cycles at both intermediate and higher levels in healthcare, both in-person and distance learning modalities. Currently, it has 9 centers located in different cities in Spain such as Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Murcia, and Valencia, with over 30,000 students and more than 1,500 agreements with leading companies in the healthcare and educational sectors. Claudio Galeno has a 90% employment rate and its own job placement service.
The objectives
With the aim of leading the institution towards excellence, solidity, and innovation, increasing conversions, Claudio Galeno started a complete "rebuild" process of its online presence in early 2023 with the following objectives:
· Update your corporate identity with a modern and elegant design to offer an enhanced user experience.
· Integrate content management within the UAX Educational Group's DXP platform while maintaining its own image.
· Optimize positioning, acquisition, and conversion by using good SEO practices.
· Improve editorial flexibility through the configurable module system for Page Builder.
· Integrate DXP and CRM technologies for tracking and improving conversion.
· Adding value to accommodation by taking advantage of the benefits of PaaS platforms.

An innovative digital strategy in the education sector
Corporate multisite integration as the foundation for business scalability
The new corporate integration requirements, along with the need to launch different projects in a very short time, require a platform that allows multisite integration. The Claudio Galeno digital project has evolved from being an isolated platform to becoming part of a single corporate instance that shares and mutualizes functionalities and resources. Claudio Galeno has been integrated into the DXP platform of the Educational Group of Alfonso X University. The project has grouped hosting and functionalities for common needs in the educational field. All this without sacrificing the required level of customization for the project.
A flexible and conversion-optimized editorial experience.
One of the most pressing needs for marketing and content teams is flexibility. Efficient conversion requires unleashing the creativity of campaigns, organizing Landing Pages in minutes, and above all, not depending on technical teams in daily operations. In the Claudio Galeno project, we have implemented more than 30 configurable modules that can be used and combined at will in a simple page builder. As simple as dragging and dropping the modules to combine them as you wish on the page.
High compliance with SEO standards and performance
All studies on conversion highlight the importance of SEO positioning and its close relationship with conversion. Claudio Galeno's project started with standard graphic templates that were very difficult to optimize for SEO and limited in performance. The new project features completely customized templates that allow for high compliance with SEO and performance standards.
A frictionless customer experience
The orchestration of different technologies in a digital experience solution can lead us to silo situations that hinder business scalability. Claudio Galeno's project has integrated two "Best of breed" technologies, such as its DXP and Salesforce for lead generation. The integration of DXP and CRM allows for quick and effective funnel management. Thanks to this integration, the marketing, content, and sales teams all work together to improve conversion and the Visitor Journey.
A modern, robust, and audited development.
The code situation in the previous project did not facilitate business evolution. There was legacy code and technical debt that did not allow for development speed. The new project has been rewritten using the best Symfony practices and advice from its manufacturer Sensiolabs. Our partnership with them has allowed us to deploy a secure and audited modern development (https://insight.symfony.com/).

At Claudio Galeno, we have created a project that is able to take advantage of all the benefits of a PaaS platform and therefore add value from hosting.
With Platform.sh, we can generate all the necessary branches to validate with the client, we have a CD-CI system at our disposal, and a complete observability suite that allows us to anticipate possible performance issues.
Agile methodology for a demanding Time to Market.
A total rebuild of the project executed in three months requires the implementation of an agile methodology and extensive coordination with all stakeholders in order to meet the deadlines.
