The new scalable multisite structure improves user acquisition and personalizes the experience. The customer

XTART Professional Training is a new Vocational Training institute that belongs to the educational Group of Alfonso X El Sabio University and The Valley, in collaboration with McGraw Hill. Its objective is to transform the relationship between students and companies, offering medium and higher degree qualifications in online, blended, and distance learning modalities. Initially, it specializes in four areas: technology, business, health, and emergencies and civil protection. XTART focuses on technology and innovation, employability, personalized education, and direct connection with the job market. Its academic offer includes 19 official cycles and has campuses in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Murcia, and Seville.

The objectives

To improve the user experience and materialize its expansion of areas and training cycles, XTART implemented a new digital strategy in 2023 with the following objectives:How can I assist you today?

· Simplify and streamline content management by integrating it into the UAX Educational Group platform while maintaining its own identity.

Integration of the website into the corporate multisite platform

The expansion of the Educational Group project of Alfonso X University has involved an integration. multisite It groups together the different educational institutions that belong to the Group. As part of the objective of centralizing the management of the entire online environment of UAX, the XTART digital project has evolved from an independent platform to become part of a unified corporate instance where it shares functionalities and resources, while maintaining a differentiated identity and the specific functionalities that the project requires.

Editing of content and simple and flexible campaigns

The content and marketing teams need flexibility and simplicity to publish and update content, create landing pages, or generate campaigns quickly and effectively. That is why the XTART project incorporates a modular system with over 30 modules with specific functions that allow the editor to customize the design of the pages in detail, using a simple Drag & Drop editor.

Scalability and consistent and differentiated corporate image.

In its initial phase, the XTART project focuses on four educational areas: technology, business, health, and emergencies and civil protection. Since each area has specific characteristics and qualifications, a system has been developed to help potential students clearly identify the information for each area, maintaining a visual coherence. The clear and elegant design enhances the user experience and allows the site to grow by incorporating new areas without compromising the structure.

SEO is key to improving conversion rates, which is why in the XTART project, graphic templates have been designed to optimize both the positioning and performance of pages, especially on the homepage and degree pages. These templates ensure high compliance with SEO standards, improving performance and reducing site loading times.

For this reason, XTART connects the Salesforce CRM of the Educational Group of Alfonso X University with its DXP platform, in order to boost business growth and improve lead generation by bringing together the content, marketing, and sales teams.

The XTART project benefits from the advantages of a PaaS platform, creating specific validation environments for the client and using a CD-CI system along with a complete observability suite to anticipate performance issues.
